About Us

The Paragon Artists Co-cop was established in 1979 to promote and support local artists and visual arts in the Gunnison River Valley. As a business co-operative, members share in the responsibility of running the Paragon Gallery, where they display and sell their artwork in a professional gallery setting. The Paragon Gallery is more than a retail business. Its members organize, support and sponsor many ongoing community benefit projects. These include the Guest Artist Program, the People's Fair, the Art Donation Benefit Program, financial support for local school art programs and other various projects.
