Marchitelli's Gourmet Noodle is owned by Michael Marchitelli. You may see his sons Dante, Nico, and Rocky helping at this family-owned and operated restaurant.

Michael moved to Crested Butte from Pittsburgh, PA in 1997. He wanted to open a restaurant that customers where comfortable in - as if they were in their own homes. He wanted to combine his feeling with recipes that were handed down from his grandmother and mother. By doing this, he hopes that customers will become friends who will want to come back again and again.
