About Us

Crested Butte South POA is a homeowner's association with a set of rules and covenants. Crested Butte South is governed by a Board of Directors who each serve a two-year term.

We are an association of over 954 property owners living in an amazing mountain community with diverse amenities and services: a growing business district, Red Mountain Park, and access to some of the best summer and winter recreation in the Gunnison Valley.
